Booking online is the easiest and most reliable way for you to get an appointment. All you have to do is follow the three basic steps below.

- Choose your chose service, date, time
- Pay a deposit to secure your slot using a credit/debit card
Your booking will be confirmed by email and might be subject to a change of 15mins to fit in to ensure a smooth diary!
If you don’t see your required time or date available because it is out-with salon working hours, drop a message to General Enquiries and Lia may be able to accomodate you.
APPOINTMENT POLICY
Cancellations
If you want to cancel or reschedule, at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment is required. otherwise there will be a 100% charge of your appointment.
We get it, plans can change last minute, you get called into a meeting at work or you are stuck in traffic...but we need at least 48 hours notice to change your appointment. We will use discretion where possible but please keep the policy in mind and remember it is a small business with overheads to cover.
Lateness
Please inform us if you are going to be late for your appointment so we can do our best to accommodate you in the time you have remaining.
Brows
It is a requirement that all new brow clients have had a patch test 48 hrs prior to their appointment.. Patch tests can be done in the studio, feel free to pop in during all working hours as it only takes a moment. Appointments cannot go ahead without a patch test completed and you will be charged.
For new brow clients, please ensure at least 5 weeks of growth for optimum results.
Avoid
Please avoid abrasive treatments and skin solutions or medications containing retinol, AHA’s, salicylic acid etc 3 days before your appt.
Who we treat
We are more than happy to give boys treatments as everyone deserves to be pampered however we are a boyfriend-free zone so unless he wants his brows waxed, he can wait in the cosy reception area.
Our treatments can't be carried out on everyone, for health reasons, we are an all inclusive studio and will happily pamper everyone regardless of gender, ethnicity or class however check our list of "no-no's" to make sure you're Lia- ready!
